Boss Tooling is a manufacturing company that specialises in CNC Machining and CAD Design. In house we offer custom Milling and Turning solutions as well as expert trade advice and design assistance. Our experience and product range is vast and varied, we say yes to any challenge within our field.
Boss Tooling is proudly an Australian owned small family business established in 2013. Our hope is to grow with our team, our clients and our suppliers, dealing with likeminded companies and individuals that share our values in supporting each other, supporting manufacturing in Australia and most importantly creating product excellence.

Young but experienced. Small but motivated.
Boss Tooling was born in 2013. While it is a young company, it's team is highly motivated, energetic and passionate. The dream is to grow into a highly advanced factory with the latest technology in all types of machining fields. For now, housed at Boss Tooling, is a range of Okuma and Miyano lathes and mills. There is also CAD services available and subcontract services such as coating, heat treatment and grinding can be arranged.

Currently we proudly house OKUMA CNC Machining Centres.
Simultanious 4th and 5th axis capability.
Max machining dimensions available: X AXIS 1050mm, Y AXIS 560mm, Z AXIS 460mm.
All equipt with Renishaw Touch Probe.
CNC TURNING
Miyano BNE51-SY Lathe which has Live Tooling with Y Axis, Twin Spindle, Twin Turret and 4 metre bar feeder.
CAD DESIGN AND ASSISTANCE
CAD Design is available to those requiring assistance with a product idea or even changes required to be made to an existing component.
